Refund Policy
30 Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Policy:
The item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, unworn, with labels and in the original packaging.
You will also need proof of purchase.
Return Procedure:
Send an email to info@caayshop.com with your return request.
If approved, you will receive a return label and instructions for returning.
Items that are returned without a request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues:
Please check your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
This will allow us to assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishables (food, flowers, plants), personalized items and personal care products.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases are also not returnable.
Please contact us if you have any questions about specific items.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchange:
Return the unwanted item and place a new order for the desired item. This is the fastest way to get what you want.
14 Days Right of Withdrawal (EU)
If the order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason.
The same return conditions apply as described above.
Refund:
After receiving and checking your return, we will send a message about approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method within 10 working days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company can still process the refund.
Please contact info@caayshop.com if it has not been refunded after 15 working days.
